Q. How long will it take my item to ship?

A. While we know you'd like your item 5 minutes after you order it, we cannot deliver it that fast. Most items take 1-2 day to ship after it has been ordered.

Q. I dont see my size. How can I order my size.

A. The size listed is the size available for the particular item. There is no other size available. It will not come back in stock once sold out.

Q. When will my lapel flower arrive. 

A. Lapel Flowers are all made by hand. So it takes 2-3 days to get into production and an additional 2-5 days for shipping. If you need your lapel flower in a quicker turnaround time you can opt for rush production, for an additional cost. 

Q. I ordered an item from the shop and never received it. Where is it?

A. If you haven't received your item please email info@rashoncarraway.com and someone will be able to handle it.

Q. What is your customer service number?

A. There is no customer service number. All inquiries are handled via email, which is info@rashoncarraway.com.
