Q. How long will it take my item to ship?

A. While we know you'd like your item 5 minutes after you order it, we cannot deliver it that fast. Most items take 1-2 day to ship after it has been ordered.

 

Q. I don't see my size. How can I order my size.

A. The size listed is the ONLY size for that particular item. There is no other size available. It will not come back in stock once it is sold out.

 

Q. When will my lapel flower arrive. 

A. If you order it before noon, we will ship the same business day. if ordered after 12pm, it will ship the following business day. 

 

Q. I ordered an item from the shop and never received it. Where is it?

A. If you haven't received your item after 5 days from shipment, please email info@rashoncarraway.com and someone will be able to handle it.

 

Q. What is your customer service number?

A. There is no customer service number. All inquiries are handled via email, which is, info@rashoncarraway.com.

 

Q. Do you have a store I can come by to look at available items?

A. No. We do not. We do have a studio where we take appointments for valued patrons.
