RETURN Policy

Our business is a small operation and therefore we are unable to offer refunds, but we do offer EXCHANGES and STORE CREDIT. 

We can assist you with your purchase to ensure it is smooth and seamless. 

Please note the items pictured are styled. Which means, it will not fit you the way it is pictured. It will need to be tailored. 

Our pieces are vintage, so that means they are not new. If there is a string or perhaps a mis-stitch somewhere, please note it is NOT @TheCarrawayConcept 's quality or craftsmanship, but rather the span of time the garment has endured. 

We do our best to inspect each and every item, to make sure the quality outweighs any character flaws. 

Please note that most garments will not be ready to wear upon arrival. Also note that cleaning the garment is advantageous. 

 

EXCHANGES should be made within two (2) days of receiving your garment. So, when it arrives, please take it out, inspect it, try it on. Then email us if there are any concerns. If you contact us after the two (2) day time period, there is nothing we can do. It is outside of the scope of allocated time. 

If you are exchanging a piece for whatever reason, the return shipping cost is on you, the buyer. If there was an error in the listing on our part, we will pay for the return shipping if we deem it necessary. 

When exchanging please do so with in 14 days (2 weeks) of sending the item back)

 

When you return an item you will receive STORE CREDIT for the items you have returned. Your credit can only be used in same category of the item your purchased. For example if you purchase a suit it cannot be exchanged for lapel flowers. When the item is shipped your credit will be deducted the cost of shipping so please take that into consideration. 

 

This is a lot. We know. 

 

The MAIN take away is this. READ and REREAD the entire listing. The pieces are great. AMAZING. However, dont purchase a size 42 when you are well aware you are a size 40. We put strict deadlines in place to prevent people from wearing it and then returning with the notion "it didnt fit".

 

So lets make shopping easy, but serious.
